A Thousand Apologies & One Request

Good Afternoon, Northeast Ohio HCC Partners!

I’d like to inform you all that I was bailed out of “Email Jail” yesterday. Therefore, today I’m just going to send out this ONE announcement, because I inundated everyone’s email inbox yesterday (sorry ‘bout that, chalking it up to a lack of caffeine). Speaking of that … thank you to all of you that sent kind messages to make sure that I was cancelling all those meetings intentionally and had not gone completely mad. I appreciate you checking on me! They made wading through 2000+ automatic responses and bounce-backs that much more fun.

I am writing to you today with a request. We will have the pleasure of Paul Frank from the ODH Office of Survey & Certification as a guest speaker at our September 10th HCC meeting. He will provide everyone with information about program updates and requirements, just like last time. He will also be available after his report out to us to answer your questions. I understand that some of you may want to remain anonymous during the Q&A portion of our time with Paul, so I am requesting everyone who wishes to send your questions directly to me by emailing me at tracy.pate@chanet.org or by typing your question in the comment section below. I will be happy to ask the questions on your behalf while we have the resource of Paul’s expertise.
